Bruce A. Beyler, CPA

Bruce earned his Bachelor of Accounting degree from Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana. He is a member of the AICPA and INCPAS and is licensed in Indiana.

Bruce has been in public accounting for over thirty-nine years and partner in a CPA firm for thirty-two of those years. His areas of specialty are working with small to medium size closely held businesses in the manufacturing, distribution, professional services and tax-exempt industries providing accounting, tax and consulting services.
Community Involvement
Bruce is a member of the Elkhart County Symphony Board of Directors currently serving as treasurer. He is also a member of Trinity United Methodist Church where he serves as a worship leader on Sunday mornings and with elementary age children events throughout each week.
Interests
Spending time with his wife, daughters and grandchildren, exercising, golfing, and reading autobiographies.
Ann McCuistion, CPA
Ann earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, and she completed additional accounting and business related courses from Southwestern Michigan College and Western Michigan University.
She is a member of the AICPA and MICPA, and she is licensed in both Michigan and Indiana.

Ann has been in accounting for 40 years. Her areas of specialty are agriculture, manufacturing, construction, and small business. Her passion is a welcoming, encouraging atmosphere for staff and clients and getting great work done.
Community Involvement
Ann is a member and a past president (2017-2018) of Elkhart Rotary, a board member of Southwestern Michigan College Foundation, and a member of the Three Rivers Bible Church in Three Rivers, Michigan.
Interests
Spending time with her husband, Mike; taking walks with the dogs; reading; figuring out how to be a good grandmother; cooking new dishes and keeping up to date with the latest in scientific discoveries.

Leanne McKee, CPA
Leanne earned her Bachelor of Accounting degree from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She is a member of the AICPA and INCPAS and is licensed in Indiana.
Leanne has been in public accounting for over twenty-seven years and a partner in a CPA firm for nine of those years. Her areas of specialty are Not-for-Profit auditing, manufacturing, and small businesses.
Community Involvement
Leanne is a member of Elkhart Rotary, and she serves in her church, River Oaks Community Church as a greeter, and is a high school cross country coach at Elkhart Christian Academy.
Interests
Spending time with her son, running with her friends, biking and reading.

Johnita has been in public accounting for 15 years and enjoys working with a variety of clients and types of industries. Her specialties are employee benefit plan auditing and QuickBooks accounting system services, including system set up, training and advisory services.

Johnita is a member of First Baptist Church of Elkhart where she serves in the worship ministry.

Enjoying time with her husband and her new baby and trying to keep up on all the “to-do’s” of a full and wonderful life.
Justin Parks, CPA

Justin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and business administration from Grace College in Winona Lake, Indiana. He is licensed in Michigan and is a member of the MICPA society.

Justin has been in accounting since 2010 and works mainly with agriculture, manufacturing, construction, and non-profit clients doing tax, audits, reviews and other accounting work.
Community Involvement
Justin is a member of the Three Rivers Bible Church in Michigan where he is the church treasurer, a guitarist/vocalist for the morning worship service, and youth group leader. Justin is also the bookkeeper for the Pregnancy Helpline in Three Rivers Michigan.
Interests
Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, playing guitar, basketball, camping, biking, hiking, and kayaking.
Adam Bawtinheimer, CPA

Adam has been in accounting since 2010. He performs not-for-profit and for-profit audits and reviews, accounting work, and individual and business tax returns and tax planning.

Megan Parks, CPA
Megan earned her Bachelor of Administration degree in accounting from Western Michigan University. She is licensed in Michigan.

Megan has been working in accounting since 2012 and provides tax and accounting services mainly to agriculture, manufacturing, and small service businesses, along with individuals. She has also worked in non-profit auditing.
Community Involvement
Megan is a member of the Three Rivers Bible Church in Michigan where she is a pianist for the contemporary worship service and serves in the nursery.
Interests
Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons, camping, biking, kayaking, visiting National Parks, hiking and skiing, and doing home improvement projects.
Tim Kratzer
Tim earned his Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a Masters of Science in Accounting degree from Indiana University of South Bend.

Tim started with Cornerstone in late 2017 and came with 5 years of experience in accounting/clerical work.
Interests
Tim enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as attending Bible Baptist Church in Wakarusa, IN. In his spare time he helps friends and family work on different home improvement projects such as painting and drywall installation and repair.

Qing Li Guo, EA
Qing Li earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University of Bloomington.
Qing Li joined Cornerstone in January 2017 and provides tax and accounting services to small businesses and individuals, and non-profit audits.
Community Involvement
Qing Li is a member of the Tuesday Night Toastmasters where she is the club treasurer.

She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and reading and cooking.
Tommie Bouck, EA
Tommie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Phoenix while serving in the United States Air Force. She then went on to complete her Master of Science in Accounting from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and Indiana Society of Enrolled Agents.
Tommie has been working in accounting since 2015. She has worked with real estate, agriculture, construction, small businesses, and individuals. She also has experience with manufacturing and healthcare accounting and tax preparation.
Interests
Tommie enjoys spending time with her family both in Indiana and Texas. She also spends a lot of her time outdoors biking, hiking, and traveling. She is learning to play video games with her oldest daughter.
Alycia Yeomans
Alycia graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. During her time there, she was a member of the Honors College and graduated with this distinction. Go Green!
Alycia joined Cornerstone in 2021 and provides individual tax return preparation and tax planning. Her special interests include agriculture and the taxation of cryptocurrency.
Community Involvement
Alycia is new to Elkhart and is looking forward to getting involved locally and to meeting the community the firm serves. She also participates in several hiking groups that meet in various locations throughout Michigan.
Interests
Alycia enjoys gardening, reading (especially historical fiction), attending concerts, and researching new cuisines and culinary techniques. When she isn’t at home in Kalamazoo, Michigan, you can find her on a Lake Michigan beach or visiting family in Chicago. She lives with her Yorkshire Terrier, Chauncey, and her Persian Cat, Dahlia.
Rodrigo SiFuentes
Rodrigo is working on his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Western Governors University. Prior to enrolling, he obtained various accounting and tax certifications from Accounting Coach and H&R Block.
Rodrigo has worked in manufacturing since 2012. He recently made the switch to accounting after securing an internship here at Cornerstone CPA Group.
Community Involvement
Rodrigo is the treasurer for his neighborhood association.
Interests
Rodrigo loves to spend time with his wife and son. He enjoys running, working on his home, and game nights with friends.
Paula Giver
Education & Certifications
Paula has 20 years of Banking Experience in Operations. She has also been the Parish Operations Manager at her parish for 23 years.
Community Involvement
Paula is a volunteer Docent at Potawatomi Zoo. She also participates in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.
Interests
Paula enjoys spending time with her husband Bob, reading, biking and taking various day trips together. Getting to have her granddaughter over is always a joy and an experience.
Vanessa Hartman
Education & Certifications
Vanessa studied court reporting and closed captioning in Orlando Florida. She and her husband are licensed foster parents. Vanessa has had multiple trainings for helping children with trauma.
Community Involvement and Interests
Vanessa is a member at Granger Community Church. She enjoys spending time with her husband, son and daughter; she enjoys doing crafts and cooking new recipes and spending time with her family and friends.
